We Craft. You Enjoy.

– About Us –
Specializing in carefully crafted American-driven farm-to-table cuisine . . . and parties!

Untitled-1Helmed by Executive Chef Chris “Ted” Jackson, Parker Red is committed to the same quality and culture of our beloved Brooklyn restaurant, Ted & Honey, using the same fiercely locavoric principles. All food is made from scratch, right down to the pickles, award-winning sauces, and cheeses – and (of course!) we smoke our meat and fish in house as well!

Our menus are often inspired by the American south and change regularly to showcase seasonal and locally grown and raised foods. While we have a variety of sample menus and options to choose from, we specialize in creating a personally constructed menu that reflects you and your event.

From small intimate celebrations, corporate retreats, elegant and festive parties to backyard barbeques, Parker Red creates delicious, creative, and unforgettable events.

Let’s celebrate!

CowLGWe couldn’t handcraft our seasonally organic menus without the support of the following local artisans and farmers. We also really enjoy seeing their smiling faces (almost) daily.

Brooklyn Grange

Brooklyn Grange

As the largest rooftop soil farm in the world, the Brooklyn Grange produces over 40,000 pounds of organic produce every year. The farm, with its uniqueness and breathtaking views of Manhattan, is also used as an event space, and is literally 50 feet from our production kitchen. How’s that for farm-to-table.

D’Amico Foods

D’Amico Foods

The D’Amico Foods tradition continues, the coffee is still roasted at the store by a new generation of master roasters, who have even created their own signature dark roast Ted & Honey blend.
